Richa is an MBA from a Top Business School in India with Core Expertise in Market Research. Prior to joining ExcelGoodies, Richa had undertaken Strategic Marketing Consultancy projects for top brands like pantaloons, lenovo, etc.

At ExcelGoodies, Richa is responsible for all customer engagements in the area of CRM & Marketing Analytics, Web Analytics and Business Profitability Consulting. She is also responsible for building overall marketing stratergy and implementation of the same for ExcelGoodies.
