The primary responsibility of “SVCP Documentation” team is to deliver the customer requirement of documents based on the products supplied consuming 17 hours of monthly man-hours. There are about 107 live projects being handled by the team of 4 members and the status of documents for each project is currently maintained in different folders using Excel sheets.
